Each year, we ask secondary school students to review important school and Board policies and to indicate that they have reviewed this information. This year, students are invited to complete this form online. If you have any questions about the information in the form, please speak with the principal or vice-principal.
It is important that all students complete and submit these forms as soon as possible at the start of the school year.
